Keesha Sharp

Tyler Perry's film Why Did I Get Married includes her. Perry, Janet Jackson and the independent film Frozen Peas are all starring in the film alongside her. Elle has also appeared on Shattered! Never Die Alone as well as American Adobo. Cum Laude's B.F.A. was awarded to Keesha after she graduated. Keesha began her career as a stage actress after completing her studies at Cum Laude Conservatory with a B.F.A. Keesha was part of The Broadway National Tour of Carousel as well as a debut Off-Broadway production of Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind and had eight characters in the comedy that is interactive Eat the Runt. Other theatre performances comprise Abyssinia, Aida, Thunder Knockin', Jitney, The Producers, Big Street, Suburb and Joe Turner's Come and Gone, in which Keesha was a playwright alongside August Wilson himself. Alongside her performances in the stage and screen, Keesha directed episodes of "Lethal Weapon", "Are We There Yet" and the short films One Day, Lillian and Half Off. Keesha has several projects that she's currently working on, for instance, Clean The Brit & Broken Doll.
