Suzanne Pleshette

SuzanneSuzanne Pleshette, born 31 January 1937, who died 19 January 2008 was an American film, television, theatre and voice actor. Pleshette started her stage career and appeared in films during the late 1950s. Later, she was an important actress in films such as Rome Adventure (1962), Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds (633) and Spirited Away (11). From 1972 to 1978, Pleshette was a regular guest on various television productions. She was also a part of Emily Hartley, which earned her several Emmy Award nominations. Pleshette was born on January 31 1937, in the New York City neighborhood of Brooklyn Heights, to Geraldine (nee Kaplan)[1] and Eugene Pleshette. The parents of the couple were Jewish and were the descendants of immigrants from Russia, Austria-Hungary. She was the daughter of Geraldine Rivers, a performer and dancer.
